Merino Peak operates merinopeak.com and sells premium merino wool apparel. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; changes take effect immediately upon posting.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of duties and taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We ship worldwide with tracked delivery. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For full shipping details, see our Shipping page.

We offer a 15-day return window on unworn items with original tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. For full details, see our Returns & Refunds page.

We make every effort to display our products and colours as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be exact. Product specifications may change without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
