Returns
Not the right fit? You have 15 days from delivery to start a return on any unworn item — no questions asked. Returns are processed through our Shopify-powered self-serve portal.
Start your return
Click below to open your account. Sign in with the email you used at checkout — Shopify will send you a one-time code. Then select your order and tap Request return on the items you'd like to send back. A prepaid return label will be issued automatically.

Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached, within 15 days of delivery. Final-sale items are not eligible.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return at the warehouse. Shopify will email you at each step.
Exchanges
For a different size or colour, request a return for refund and place a new order — it's the fastest way to make sure the size you want is reserved while your return is in transit.

If your portal doesn't recognise your email, or your order was placed as a guest, head to Contact and we will start the return manually.
